Licensed as a real estate broker in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, Managing Broker Eric Kodner has taught real estate courses regionally and nationwide, including a 2009 speaking engagement at the LuxuryRealEstate.com conference in Las Vegas and his work as a real estate educator during the past several years at the Minnesota Association of Realtors (MNAR), the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and the Wisconsin Realtors Association. Eric Kodner has been awarded the 2010 “Exceptional Service Award” from the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and the 2011 Individual Fair Housing Award from the Wisconsin Fair Housing Network. He was a featured speaker at the 2011 Wisconsin Fair Housing Network conference, lecturing about recent developments in fair housing law. Eric founded Madeline Island Realty (LaPointe, Wisconsin) in 2000 and Wayzata Lakes Realty (Minneapolis and Saint Paul metro area) in 2003.
